Gujarat CM to visit Tapi district; will review the Sports complex project and flagship schemes

Gandhinagar: Gujarat Chief Minister Bhupendra Patel will be on a visit to Southern Gujarat district Tapi on August 4.

He will review the construction of the sports complex at Kanpura in the district headquarters town Vyara. The sports complex will be built across 8 acres at a cost of around Rs 28.69 crore by the State government. It will have facilities of hosting Sports including badminton, basketball and table tennis. It will also have a shooting range.

The Sports Complex at Vyara will have four lane synthetic athletic track. An indoor multipurpose hall will accommodate the activities like Yoga, gym, and Judo. A hostel building will also come up besides the Sports complex with accommodation capacity to house 200 players.

Chief Minister Patel will also conduct meeting with the officials and office bearers of Tapi district. He will review the flagship schemes of the government. DeshGujarat
