Over 1200 foreign students apply for admission to MS University in Vadodara

Vadodara: Over 1200 foreign students applied for admission in various courses at The Maharaja Sayajirao University of Baroda for the academic year 2022-23 under the Indian Council of Cultural Relations (ICCR).
The MS University of Baroda has confirmed the admissions of 610 students from 33 countries. The scholarship is given to 74 foreign students under ICCR. The foreign students from 33 countries including Iran, Angola, South Africa, Sri Lanka, Sudan, Botswana, Syria, Burundi, Mauritius, Tanzania, Côte d’Ivoire, Uganda, DR Congo, Morocco, USA, Fiji, Mozambique, Yemen, The Gambia, Germany, Ghana, Hungary, Canya, Malawi, Nepal, Zambia, Nigeria, Zimbabwe, Rwanda, Afghanistan, Sierra Leone, and Bangladesh, have applied for graduate, post-graduate and Ph.D. courses in various faculties.
A total of 100 applications are received from foreign students for self-finance courses, out of which 75 are approved. A total of 7 students of Vinmart foundation of the Democratic Republic of Congo had made applications, and all of them were confirmed. A total of 3 students applied under the exchange program and A total of 20 foreign students applied for the temple management course.
