Valsad: The central government has decided to upgrade the internet speed of around 192 mobile towers in remote tribal areas of the Valsad and Dang districts.

Valsad district BJP chief Hemant Kansara and MP Dr. KC Patel informed that new mobile towers and speed upgradation of existing towers would be done in Dang and Valsad districts. A total of 24 mobile towers will be upgraded in Kaprada taluka which will include 8 new towers, 4 BSNL towers, and 12 other company towers. A Total of 39 towers, including 5 new, 7 BSNL towers, and 27 other company towers will be upgraded in Dharampur taluka. In Vansda taluka, 7 mobile towers will be upgraded, including 2 new towers, 4 BSNL towers, and 1 other company tower.

A total of 36 towers will be upgraded in Ahwa taluka including 8 new towers, and 28 BSNL towers. A total of 55 towers including 8 new and 47 BSNL towers will be upgraded in Subir taluka. A total of 61 mobile towers will be upgraded in Waghai taluka in Dang.
