Vadodara Police book 5 for hunger strike on road without permit

Vadodara: Vadodara city police on Tuesday booked five persons for breach of order. The accused were on hunger strike with play-cards in public without permission near Panigate Darwaja in protest against release of the convivts in the Bilkis Bano case.
The police alleged that the accused started a hunger strike without permission, created hindrance to traffic, and put public order at risk. The five persons namely Juned Mohammad Hussain Shaikh (lives in Adilpark, Tandlaja), Varisali Abbasali Saiyad (Saudagar society, Tandlaja), Arbazkhan Nazirkhan Pathan (Yakutpura), Sanjida Nazir Saiyad (Yakutpura), Ruzbana Akbar Shaikh (Mandvi, behind Jamnabai Hospital) are booked for disobedience to order.
