Gandhinagar: The devotees visiting Somnath Mahadev Mandir will now be able to avail the digital doctor facility.

Mukund Purohit Family from Canada have donated the digital doctor machine to Shri Somnath Trust. The Digital Doctor- health Pod Machine can provide medical reports of over 20 types within less than 5 minutes including ECG. The donor Mukund Purohit gave a letter donating the machine to Shri Somnath Trust to the Somnath Trust trusty PK Laheri and secretary Yogendra Desai in Gandhinagar in the presence of CM Bhupendra Patel.

The machine can provide reports of Body Mass Index, blood pressure, body cell mass, body fat mass, body mineral content, mineral and protein content, visceral futend and so on. The machine is connected with telemedicine. The patient, on arrival of the report, can talk to the expert doctor on panel with one click. The doctor would prescribe medicine after checking the report. The dietitian would send the patient’s diet chart.

The patient will receive the report on email and WhatsApp. It is connected with a 4-inches thermal printer and payment gateway. The machine is of Rs. 10 lakh cost.
