Gujarat CM OKays five more TP schemes of Ahmedabad and Surat

Gandhinagar: Gujarat Chief Minister Bhupendra Patel has approved total 5 TP schemes of Ahmedabad and Surat municipal corporations.
CM Patel has approved 1 final TP scheme, 1 draft TP scheme and 2 preliminary TP scheme of Ahmedabad and 1 preliminary TP scheme of Surat. CM Patel has approved draft TP scheme 413- Enasan-Muthiya-Bilasiya of AUDA and final TP scheme 54 Ognaj of AMC. Due to approval of draft TP scheme 413 Enasan- Muthiya-Bilasiya, the fast execution of roads and infrastructural facilities will be available in the related areas. Total 35.03 hectares land will be available due to the scheme, in which 6200 EWS accommodations can be built across 6.91 hectares. Total 5.95 hectares land will be available for garden, playground, and open spaces; 6.19 hectares for public amenities and 15.97 hectares for selling.
The preliminary TP schemes of Ahmedabad namely TP 69 Kotarpur and TP 35 Jagatpur are approved. Total 0.87 hectors land will be available for 783 EWS accommodations; 1.86 hectares for garden, playground and open spaces, 1.73 hectares for public amenities and 4.43 hectors for selling; due to approval of TP 69 Kotarpur. Total 3.35 hectors land will be available for 3000 EWS accommodations; 3.81 hectares for garden, playground and open spaces, 2.59 hectares for public amenities and 8.35 hectors for selling; due to approval of TP 35 Jagatpur.
CM Patel has approved preliminary TP scheme 41 Dindoli of Surat municipal corporation. Total 7.34 hectares land will be available due to approval of the scheme. Total 1.21 hectors land will be available for 1000 EWS accommodations; 1.22 hectares for garden, playground and open spaces, 3.43 hectares for public amenities and 1.47 hectors for selling; due to approval of TP 41 Dindoli.
