ACB Gujarat traps Deputy Mamlatdar accepting Rs. one lakh bribe

Patan: Anti-corruption Bureau (ACB) Gujarat has nabbed a deputy mamlatdar and circle officer of Mamlatdar office in Sami in Patan district in a bribe case involving the sum of Rs one lakh.
The complainant had made dastavej (documents) pertaining to sell of his property. The accused Amarsinh Ramanbhai Chaudhary, in the charge of circle office of Sami area, demanded a bribe of Rs one lakh for making nondh of the documents. The complainant contacted ACB as he was not willing to pay the bribe. The accused was found taking a bribe of Rs 1,00,000 during a trap executed by ACB. The accused is detained. DeshGujarat
