In pictures: Drone Show at Sabarmati Riverfront ahead of PM Modi’s visit and National Games

Ahmedabad: As many as 600 drones that are made in India created various figures and won the hearts of the people gathered at Sabarmati Riverfront in the city this evening. The drone show was organized to mark the visit of Prime Minister Narendrabhai Modi to the city and also to mark the opening of 36th National Games in Gujarat, opening ceremony of which shall be presided by the Prime Minister at Motera based Narendra Modi stadium.

The drone show this evening witnessed creation of various messages and figures through drones in the sky. ‘Welcome Hon’ble PM’ 75 Azadi Ka Amrit Mahotsav, the tricolor map of India, the Statue of Unity’s figure, Vande Gujarat etc were the slogans and figures created using drones. Ahead of the inauguration of the National Games, the city is decorated in various ways. The drone show was one of the events to mark the occasion. The Prime Minister is visiting Gujarat for two days starting from tomorrow in poll-bound Home-State Gujarat where election is likely to be held in the month of December. DeshGujarat
