Vadodara: Anti Terrorist Squad (ATS) of Gujarat Police and Special Operation Group of Vadodara Police carried out search operation at a mosque in Bavamanpura area of Vadodara today for over two hours. Though the official details of this operation are not yet known, it is understood that four clerics are being questioned over suspected connection with banned radical Islamic outfit PFI (Popular Front of India) after their association was prima facie doubted based on call details. The mosque is located in Panigate and its name is Masjid – e – Aesha. Gulshan – e – Tauheed run Madressa – e – Fizful – Iman is located in the same building.
