Muslim bouncers in Hindu Navratri function: Bajrang Dal protests at venue

Surat: A clash happened between Bajrang Dal karyakars and Muslim bouncers at a Garba function in Thakorji Ni Vadi, Vesu after Bajrang Dal protested deploying Muslims as bounders in Hindu Garba function.

The organizers at Thakorji Ni Vadi had deployed Muslim bouncers at the Garba function. The karyakars of Bajrang Dal protested the same after entering the function yesterday. Several karyakars of Bajrang Dal had previously arrived there on Sunday to verify the information. They then appealed before the organizers that they should not deploy them after verifying the information. They tried to convince the organizers for three to four days to not to deploy Muslim bouncers.

Post these efforts, many Bajrang Dal karyakars arrived at Thakorji Ni Vadi on Monday after they found the bouncers still deployed there. One of the Muslim bouncers told his name Rahul when they asked him his name. Most of them claimed themselves to be Hindu. A fight took place between Bajrang dal karyakars and the bouncers following the same. The police arrived after learning about the incident. The police interfered and resolved the fight. DeshGujarat
