Gandhinagar: Another sitting Congress party legislator has resigned from the State Assembly and also from the party. Bhavesh Katara, an MLA from Jhalod assembly seat in Dahod district of Central Gujarat handed over his resignation to the State assembly Speaker Neemaben Acharya in Gandhinagar late on 9 November.
