BJP slams Madhusudan Mistry over his ‘Aukat’ remark against PM Modi

Gandhinagar: BJP’s national spokesperson and Rajya Sabha member Dr. Sudhanshu Trivedi today criticized Congress leader Madhusudan Mistry’s ‘Aukat’ remark against Prime Minister Narendrabhai Modi.

Trivedi said Madhusudan Mistry has given a condemnable remark against the Prime Minister, and this is not a new thing. A few months ago, a Congress leader had wished death for PM Modi ji. Trivedi recalled ‘Maut ke Saudagar’ remark against PM Modi by then Congress chief Sonia Gandhi.

Madhusudan Mistry had today in a remark stated that Modi can’t be Patel ever, his ‘aukat’ will be visible in the election. Mistry said so during the event of the launch of the Congress manifesto in Ahmedabad.

Sudhanshu Trivedi explained how Sardar Patel was not allowed to become PM and how any scheme was named after him after his death. He also mentioned how Nehru was not able to solve the issue of Kashmir and how Sardar went to rebuild Somnath. Trivedi said Rahul Gandhi’s Bharat Jodo yatra is not going to touch Mahatma Gandhi and Sardar Patel’s Gujarat or Subhash babu’s Bengal. Trivedi said the Prime Minister, by building Ram Mandir and Kashi Vishwanath Corridor has walked on the path of Sardar Patel. Trivedi also hailed the Prime Minister for building the tallest statue of Sardar Patel and giving him a befitting tribute.

Explaining the scenario of the present Gujarat election, Trivedi said Congress is out to save its presence, AAP is out to register its presence, while only BJP is contesting this election to form the government.

In reply to a question pertaining to the Congress manifesto, Trivedi said Congress had promised waiver of debt in Rajasthan, Madhya Pradesh, and Chhattisgarh in 2018 polls, but after four and half years they haven’t walked the talk, they haven’t even given unemployment allowance which was promised to youths at the rate of Rs. 5,000 per month. Trivedi questioned the Congress party’s Gujarat manifesto and asked whether the Congress governments in Rajasthan, Madhya Pradesh, Chhattisgardh, Karnataka, Punjab delievered a gas cylinder for Rs. 500.

Trivedi pointed out that Congress president Kharge was to come to release the manifesto of the Gujarat Congress but he didn’t come or he didn’t wish to come. DeshGujarat
