ACB Gujarat nabs a cop in Ghatlodia in bribe case

Anti-corruption Bureau (ACB) Gujarat has nabbed the head constable of Ghatlodia police station in Ahmedabad in a bribe case of Rs 65 thousand.
The accused head constable Jaydipsinh Dhirubhai Padheriya demanded a bribe of Rs 65 thousand for not seizing the complainant’s two Activa scooters ; releasing the complainant’s brother and a person ; and to not stating complainant’s name in a liquor case. The complainant contacted ACB as he was not willing to pay the bribe. The accused was found taking a bribe of Rs 65 thousand from the complainant during a trap executed by ACB.
