Surat Diamond Bourse gets Building Use Certificate

Surat: Surat DREAM City Authority has been given a Building Usage Certificate (BUC) for all 9 buildings of Surat diamond bourse.
Surat Diamond Bourse committee chairman Vallabhbhai S Patel stated in a letter to the members that the Surat diamond bourse construction has been fully completed. The government has allotted BUC to it on 7th November 2022. The works of construction of offices are 100 percent completed. The work of furniture for 500 offices is ongoing. Those who are allotted 500 other officers have asked for permission for internal works. The work of a 60,000 square feet custom house, safe deposit vault is completed.
SDB has leased all the sites on the ground floor. It has over 8 banks, hotel, restaurant, medical emergency clinic, medical store, many service providers, and a large jewellery mall. It has a luxurious interior. The 27 showrooms with modern facilities will be allotted to famous jewellers via auction.
SDB will be inaugurated at the hands of PM Modi in March or April 2023. The names of all members with 4200 companies will be written in golden fonts at the main reception.
