Nadiad: A group of the Vishwa Hindu Parishad (VHP) cadres here protested the religious identity of several students in the ITI (Industrial Training Institute) college at Uttarsanda in Kheda district of Central Gujarat.
The college is functioning since the early 1980s and it is the third-largest ITI in the State. Some Muslim students here were appearing in computer classes wearing burkha (veil) and skull caps. The VHP joined by Hindu students protested this.
