Around 60 % Voter Turnout at 5 PM as voting for first phase of Gujarat Polls 2022 ends

Gandhinagar: As the voting for the first phase of Gujarat assembly elections came to an end at 5 PM the voter turnout stood at 59.55 % approximately. These figures are provisional and are expected to change.

Voter turnout up till 3 PM stood at 50.51 %, at 1 PM turnout percentage was 34.74%, at 11:00 AM it was 19.17% and the turnout percentage of voters after 1 hour of polling at 9 AM was 4.75 %.

The Election commission has not declared the final figures by 9 PM today.
