2 She team members of Vadodara police felicitated with Cop Of The Month certificate

Baroda: Two She team members of Vadodara police are felicitated with Cop Of The Month certificate by the Police Commissioner Dr. Shamsher Singh for catching 22 taporis in Vadodara in 2022. In 2022 the team completed 94 decoys and detains 116 taporis from different areas to prevent eve teasing incidents in public places.

She team is formed in Vadodara city for the safety of Children, women and elderly. Since its launching the team is working with the citizens developing a compassionate relationship with them. On instructions of Police Commissioner Dr. Shamsher Singh, Additional Police Commissioner Manoj Ninama and She Team Assistant Commissioner of Police Radhika Bharai, the team is working round the clock to create a safe environment for women and girls at public places which include successful Tapori Decoy. They also ensure women feel safe in public places by prevent crimes like molestation, good touch bad touch teaching to children and quick response to help senior citizens.
As a motivation Police Commissioner Dr. Shamsher Singh felicitated two members of the She team with ‘Cop Of The Month’ certificate for catching 22 taporis in the year 2022 in their police station jurisdiction. During the year 2022, the team employees of Sayajiganj Police Station, WLRD Jagrutiben Bharatbhai b.n. 3487 and WLRE Mittalben Kantilal b.n. 2905 have made a total of 22 successful decoys in the police station area and detained the taporis for eve teasing.
