Ahmedabad: Union Home and Cooperation Minister Amit Shah is in home-state Gujarat to celebrate Uttarayan with his family.

Amit Shah will first visit Jagannath mandir in the walled city at 9:45 am with his family members and perform darshan and pooja of Bhagwan Jagannath, Balbhadra and Subhadra.

Home Minister Shah will later attend three Kite flying programs in his Lok Sabha constituency. Shah will first participate in the Kite Festival Program at Venus Parkland of Vejalpur Assembly seat area, at 10:30 am.

After that he will be at Vande Mataram Icon, Gota, at 2:30 pm which is part of the Ghatlodia assembly seat. At 3:30 pm, he will do pooja and darshan at the Kapileshwar Mahadev Temple in Kalol. Later, He will attend the Sankranti festival celebration in Kalol at 4:00 pm. DeshGujarat
