Mother-in-law of Gujarat CM Bhupendra Patel passes away at 93

Gandhinagar: Chief Minister Bhupendra Patel’s mother-in-law, Shantaben, passed away at the age of 93 in Gandhinagar.
According to sources, Shantaben breathed her last at the CM’s official residence in Gandhinagar.
The CM attended the funeral ceremony and skipped the Business-20 (B-20) inception meeting organised at Mahatma Mandir in Gandhinagar.
The Chief Minister will not be able to meet with members of the public, MPs, or MLAs at his office on Monday or Tuesday due to the death of a senior family member, the Chief Minister’s Office announced.
The CM was also scheduled to attend the two-day state BJP executive meeting, which is set to begin in Surendranagar on Monday evening but it is unclear if he will attend the meeting or not. DeshGujarat
