Porbandar: Coastal Porbandar district in Gujarat has prepared a Vision Porbandar@2047. The district administration has prepared the vision and mission of the district from now to the year 2047. The Porbandar district team attempted to prepare the details of the comprehensive development of the district during 19-25 December last year to mark Sushashan Saptah (good governance week).

According to district collector Ashok Sharma, a blueprint has been prepared for the development of Porbandar district in the domains such as heritage and tourism, farming, animal husbandry, fisheries, health, human resource development, public infrastructure, social welfare, rural development, environment, biodiversity, economic progress among others.
