Gandhinagar: Kanti Sodha Parmar, a former legislator representing Anand assembly seat in Central Gujarat joined the ruling Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) today at State party headquarters Shri Kamalam here.

Parmar earlier resigned as Congress party’s state delegate and primary member. Parmar is a director of the district milk cooperative federation AMUL and his joining BJP is important in that sense as well. He has significant clout in his community across the districts of Anand, Kheda and Mahisagar. DeshGujarat
