Gujarat government transfers four IAS officers

Gandhinagar: The Government of Gujarat transferred four IAS officers on 1st February, 2022, a day after the State got new Chief Secretary.
(1)
Ms. Sonal Mishra, IAS (RR:GJ:1997), Commissioner of Rural
Development and Principal Secretary to Government (Rural Development),
Panchayats, Rural Housing and Rural Development Department, Sachivalaya,
Gandhinagar is transferred and her services are placed at the disposal of
Government of India for appointment as Joint Secretary, Ministry of Skill
Development and Entrepreneurship, New Delhi from the date of assumption of
the charge of the post, for a tenure of five years or until further orders,
whichever is earlier.

Shri Milind Torawane, IAS (RR:GJ:2000), Chief Commissioner of State
Tax, Ahmedabad is transferred and appointed as Commissioner of Rural
Development and Secretary to Government (Rural Development), Panchayats,
Rural Housing and Rural Development Department, Sachivalaya, Gandhinagar
vice Ms. Sonal Mishra, IAS transferred.
(3)
Shri Manoj Kumar Das, IAS (RR:GJ:1990), Additional Chief Secretary to
Government, Ports & Transport Department, Sachivalaya, Gandhinagar would
hold additional charge of the post of Additional Chief Secretary to Government,
Panchayats, Rural Housing and Rural Development Department, Sachivalaya,
Gandhinagar until further orders relieving Ms. Sonal Mishra, IAS of additional
charge of that post.

Shri Samir Vakil, IRS, Special Commissioner of State Tax, Ahmedabad
would hold additional charge of the post of Chief Commissioner of State Tax,
Ahmedabad until further orders vice Shri Milind Torawane, IAS transferred.
