Gandhinagar: Indian Administrative Service (IAS) officer Vipul Mittra has been appointed as Chairman of Gujarat Narmada Valley Fertilisers Company (GNFC) as his junior Raj Kumar (IAS) has been made Chief Secretary. Mittra as the senior of Raj Kumar can’t function under him as Additional Chief Secretary, and therefore he has been transferred as Chairman of GNFC.
