Junagadh: A local court in Gir Somnath district has ordered 6 months imprisonment for Congress legislator Vimal Chudasama. Maliya Hatina court has given punishment to three accused including Vimal Chudasama in connection with the case that was filed in 2010. This will not make any impact on Chudasama’s validity to continue as a legislator as the punishment is less than two years period. A complaint was filed against Chudasama after the attack on political rivals Harsih Chudasama and Mit Vaidya of BJP. Vimal Chudasama said he would challenge the verdict in a higher court. DeshGujarat
