Old Jantri rates for applications before 5th February: Govt

Gandhinagar: The Government of Gujarat has clarified that applications of the premium received online and those entered into IORA before 5th February will attract the Jantri rate premium as per the old rates. The decision will be effective in the cases of applications pertaining to New and Avibhajya sharat and Ganotdhara lands. The new Jantri rates are effective from 12.01 am on the 5th of February 2023.
