Vadodara: The stray cattle menace took another life in Gujarat today, as one elderly woman died after being attacked by a stray cow in the Maneja area of Vadodara.

Victim Gangaben Parmar, a resident of the Gujarat Housing Board colony, died after being hit by a stray cow while walking home from work near Panchratna Society. The woman was attacked suddenly and multiple times by the stray cow, resulting in her death on the spot.

The cows are owned by one Mulji, a resident of Shriji Tenament nearby. When a woman living next to cattle shade asked not to tie cattle in an open plot, she was threatened. DeshGujarat
