Gandhinagar: The Government of Gujarat has taken a decision to form a Special Investigation Team (SIT) to prevent irregularities and theft of government food stock. A six-member SIT is headed by the IG of CID Crime and Railways. The SIT will review the offenses registered in this domain and offer guidance to investigating officers regarding their actions.
