Surat to have Kiran Hospital – 2

Surat: Vallabhbhai Lakhani, the owner of Kiran Gems, a leading diamond company in Surat, has donated Rs 25 crore for Kiran Hospital – 2, which is proposed to be built at Ram Chowk in Mota Varachha.

Surat Municipal Corporation (SMC) had allotted 13,000 vaar land to build the hospital. Surat Diamond Association (SDA) has started to build a hospital with a 450-bed capacity with modern facilities and a nursing college at a cost of Rs 425 crore at Mota Varaccha-Utran. Vallabhbhai Lakhani and Lakhani family has declared a donation of Rs 25 crore for naming the hospital. The hospital is named Kiran Hospital 2.
