Vadodara: The Vadodara Municipal Corporation (VMC) has issued notices to 74 hospitals in the city for not having parking facilities.

The branch responsible for construction permissions at VMC has started surveying hospitals without parking facilities, and in the first phase, notices were issued to 74 such hospitals. The hospitals are required to submit instrumental evidence of the construction at their site, including the property card, charter, city survey map, permission letter, permitted map, and so on, as per Section 256 of the GPMC Act. They must submit these documents within 10 days. The notices warn of legal action against hospital managers who fail to comply.
