Gandhinagar: In a meeting with Chairmen and Managing Directors of various milk-producing federations, Cooperation Minister Jagdish Vishwakarma today said that the federations should create their action plan for the next 25 years. The minister said that the government will issue circulars in near future for the compulsory purchase of all items through the GeM online portal only and mandatory e-tendering for the purchase of items over Rs. 5 lakh value. The government will also do third-party inspections in a random manner in all dairies and milk federations.
