3D cave offering virtual reality experience of Somnath mandir opened in National Capital

New Delhi: A 3D cave at Garvi Gujarat Bhavan in national capital New Delhi was inaugurated on Monday by Gujarat cadre IPS Dr. PK Mishra and Supreme Court judges MR Shah and Belaben Trivedi.
A cave has been developed by Gujarat government’s Pavitra Yatradham Vikas Board. Supreme Court Judge Arvind Kumar and Delhi’s Lt Governor Vinay Kumar Saxena were also present on this occasion which took place on the foundation day of Gujarat State.
Somnath Mandir has been presented here after its scanning using 3-DLiDAR scanning/mapping system. The visitors will experience the mandir through virtual reality medium, by using VR goggles. DeshGujarat
