Another village talati mantri held in bribe case by ACB Gujarat

Dwarka: Another Talati mantri has been held in bribe case by Anti Corruption Bureau (ACB) of Gujarat.
Accused Harshaben Karena(34) is talati mantri and resident of Jam Khirsara village in Dwarka district. Another accused Jaysukh alias Jalo Piprotar(30) is also from same village.
The accused Jaysukh had demanded and received Rs. 1.25 lakh bribe at Jaysukh’s shop on behalf of talati Harshaben.
According to ACB, a complainant’s father wanted to have a certificate (namuna number 02) for his plot number 29 in Jam Khirsara village for which the accused talati demanded Rs. 1.25 lakh bribe which the complainant didn’t want to pay and so he contacted ACB, following which a trap was arranged and a middleman Jaysukh was held receiving bribe at his shop on behalf of accused talati.
