Rajya Sabha MP Mokariya alleges senior party leader of embezzlement

Gandhinagar: In an explosive social media statement, Rambhai Mokariya, a BJP Rajya Sabha MP from Gujarat, has accused a prominent BJP leader of embezzling a significant sum of money and refusing to return it.

Mokariya made the claim in a widely shared social media post on Monday, where he refrained from mentioning the leader’s name. Instead, he described the individual as a wealthy retired senior leader from outside Gujarat.

In his social media post, Mokariya said, “One very old politician is not giving me my money. He is a millionaire but his intentions are bad. He worked in various departments from 1980 to 1990 and retired from outside Gujarat.”

According to Mokariya, he had entrusted the money to the leader between 2008 to 2011, but the issue has remained unresolved ever since. Despite repeated requests for repayment, the leader has allegedly ignored Mokariya’s demands. The MP stated that he sought the intervention of other party members to ensure the return of his money, but so far, his efforts have been unsuccessful. DeshGujarat
