Gadkari in Vadodara announces new national highway projects for Gujarat

Vadodara: Union Road and Transport Minister Nitin Gadkari today dedicated two national highway projects worth Rs. 48 crore in Gujarat at a function in Vadodara.

During his address, Gadkari announced new projects in Gujarat listed below:

-Construction of Chhani junction underpass on national highway 48 in response to the representation made by a local Lok Sabha member.

-Jambuva, Vishwamitri, Bamangam, and Por have two-lane bridges on the national highway. They shall be widened to four-lane.

-On Vadodara – Vapi national highway, all narrow bridges will be widened at a cost of Rs. 1,000 crore.

-Narmada and Tapi rivers will get more bridges (one each), works for which is to be started in 3 months.DeshGujarat
