Vadodara: A complaint has been lodged at the Gorwa police station in Vadodara against Mohammad Kaif, accusing him of allegedly sexually harassing a minor Hindu girl residing in the Gorwa area. The accused, Mohammad Kaif, resides in Tandalja village, located in the Sankheda taluka. According to the complaint, he befriended the minor Hindu girl and would frequently visit her, subjecting her to sexual harassment. Unable to tolerate the situation any longer, the victim shared the issue with her family, who subsequently filed a complaint. As a result, the police took immediate action and registered a case against the accused under POSCO (Protection of Children from Sexual Offenses). More details are anticipated to unfold following the apprehension of the accused.

A special POCSO court in Navsari has sentenced Sadam Hussain, also known as Abdul Aziz Rai, to life imprisonment for abducting and raping a 12-year-old Hindu minor girl in 2021. Despite being married, Hussain lured the minor girl for marriage and took her to Uttar Pradesh, where he raped her multiple times. The court has sentenced the convict to a rigorous prison sentence for life and fined him ₹ 30,000 in different sections of the IPC.

Jetpur taluka police have booked Sahil Kayumbhai and his friend Sameer Altafbhai for allegedly raping a 15-year-old minor Hindu girl who is studying in class 10. As per the complaint, the accused, Sahil, met the Hindu minor girl through social media a year ago. The minor girl was lured twice by the accused, taken to the hotel, and raped three times by Sahil Kayum while Sameer Altaf was aiding and abetting the crime.
