ACB Gujarat nabs a staffer in Police Commissioner’s office in Ahmedabad for bribery

Ahmedabad: Anti corruption Bureau (ACB) of Gujarat Police has nabbed the junior clerk of police commissioner office A2 branch in Ahmedabad in a bribe case involving the sum of Rs 2 thousand.
The complainant delivers lockup allowance to the accused in Bapunagar, Ramol and Odhav police stations. The accused junior clerk Chudaji Tasaji Kagathra demanded a bribe of Rs 2 thousand to not to find faults from the lockup allowance bills of around Rs 80 thousand value. The complainant contacted ACB as he was not willing to pay the bribe. The accused was found taking a bribe of Rs 2 thousand from the complainant during a trap executed by ACB. He is detained.
