Dwarka peeth Shankaracharya Sadanand Saraswati visits tribal homes in Dang district; Dedicates Anna Kshetra Bhavan

Dwarka: Sharada Peeth Dwarka’s Shankaracharya Swami Shri Sadanand Saraswatiji Maharaj undertook a tour of various villages in the Dang district of South Gujarat from 7th June to 9th June. He received a grand welcome, in accordance with the Adivasi tradition. In each village, Swami Shri Sadanand Saraswatiji delivered satsang discourses, and ceremoniously visited the homes of the local Adivasi residents.

During his interactions, Shankaracharya alerted the villagers about the ongoing religious conversions taking place in their communities. He emphasized that the tribal society is fundamentally Hindu and expressed the need for the entire village to stand united in opposition to these conversion attempts targeting innocent villagers.

On 9th June, Shankaracharya Sadanand Saraswatiji inaugurated the Annakshetra Bhavan (Mahaprasad) at Shabri Dham. This facility will provide pilgrims visiting Shabri Dham with prasad, comprising free food. Furthermore, Shankaracharyaji performed the Bhumi Pujan ceremony for the Nivasi Vidyalaya Shabridham Trust. The school aims to provide free education, food, and lodging facilities for children in classes 1 to 8. Additionally, Shankaracharyaji had darshan and participated in satsang at the Shabri mata temple in Shabridham. On this occasion, he assured the devotees of his commitment to visiting Dang every year from now on. DeshGujarat
