Gandhinagar: Gujarat has now 144 Coronavirus cases with addition of 16 new cases detected since last evening. Highest number of cases are in Ahmedabad that are 64. Principal Secretary, Health said a trend has been seen that there are more number of cases happening in densely Muslim populated areas. Barring one, all new cases detected today are from densely populated Muslim areas.Principal Secretary urged that Muslim community leaders should come out with messages in social media for awareness.

Rajkot: After receiving Prime Minister Narendra Modi's appeal on a phone call, Rajkot based Jyoti CNC developed an indigenously manufactured ventilator in just ten days. Trial run of company-made ventilator took place in Asarwa Civil hospital here in presence of Chief Minister Vijay Rupai and Dy CM and Health minister Nitin Patel today.
