Works for Surat Metro rail project to start in June 2020: Gujarat govt.

Surat: The works for first phase of Surat Metro rail project will kick off in June 2020. The first phase will involve 40.35 km length. The project will be completed in five years. While Sarthana - Dream City line will be 21.61 km long with 14 elevated stations, the other line connecting Bhesan and Saroli will be 18.74 km long with 18 elevated stations on route.
