Surat: Indigo airlines will resume flights connecting Surat with five metro-cities namely Calcutta, Hyderabad, Chennai, Goa and Bangalore. After SpiceJet, Indigo airlines have also decided to restart flights from Surat Airport halted during the second wave of Covid-19 pandemic. Ahmedabad: A runway of Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel International Airport of Ahmedabad will remain closed in weekdays for six months starting from November this year during 9.30 am to 5.30 pm for re-carpeting work which may result into cancellation and changes in timing in case of several daily domestic flights in this period. Ahmedabad: Three IndiGo aircraft and two Go Air aircraft sustained minor/non-structural damages after Ahmedabad airport was hit by a thunderstorm last evening.
