Gandhinagar: The Government of Gujarat today announced 'Horticulture Development Mission' (Bagayat Vikas Mission) in attempt to double the income of farmers involved in medicinal and horticulture farming. Bayad: Gujarat Chief Minister Vijay Rupani while kicking off the North Gujarat leg of ambitious 'Kisan Suryoday Yojana' today said that by the end of the current month, 4,000 villages of Gujarat will be covered under this Yojana and start getting day-time agricultural power supply. Gandhinagar: In a good news for farmers, the State government is going to launch phase-2 of its ambitious scheme 'Kisan Suryoday Yojana' for day-time agriculture power supply in the first half of January.
