Surat: Surat DREAM City Authority has been given a Building Usage Certificate (BUC) for all 9 buildings of Surat diamond bourse. Surat Diamond Bourse committee chairman Vallabhbhai S Patel stated in a letter to the members that the Surat diamond bourse construction has been fully completed. Surat: The International Gemological Institute has certified a 30.18-carat lab-grown diamond developed by Carp Impex Lab of Surat as the world’s biggest lab-grown diamond.
