Gandhinagar: Adani Gas Limited (AGL) has reduced CNG prices upto Rs. 1.75 per kg and PNG prices upto Rs. 1.11 per standard cubic meter (SCM). The revised rates are effective from today (October 10). Gandhinagar: The Government of Gujarat has approved a letter of intent for setting up world's first CNG terminal port at Bhavnagar. Consortium of Foresight Group, Padmanabh Mafatlal Group and Netherlands based Boskalis will develop this brownfield port. Detailed Project Report (DPR) and environmental clearance will take 18 months time now onward as letter of intent is approved. Gandhinagar: The Government of Gujarat has taken a decision to give 16 per cent relief in gas bills to ceramic industries.
According to a note released by State government, Rs. 2.50 per SCM additional relief will be effective in gas bills of Gujarat Gas Company Ltd which supplies gas to ceramic industries in Morbi, Surendranagar and Sabarkantha districts.

Gandhinagar: Due date of payment of bill for second half of March for Gujarat Gas consumers has been extended to May 10. The earlier due date was March 15. Dues can be paid in four fortnightly installments by June 23. Late payment for Gujarat Gas bills will now attract 10% interest instead of existing provision of 18% interest. Gandhinagar: The Government of Gujarat has announced Rs. 310 crore relief to over 1.30 crore power consumers in the State through 16 paise per unit cut in fuel surcharge levied by State owned power companies in electricity bills.

Ahmedabad: Torrent Gas, a subsidiary of Torrent group, has hailed the Supreme Court judgement that upholds authorisation by Petroleum and Natural Gas Regulatory Board (PNGRB) to the company for creating City Gas Distribution network in Chennai and Tiruvallur.
