Junagadh: The two-way fare of the Girnar ropeway is Rs. 700, while the fare is Rs. 350 for children in the age group of 5-10. No fare will be charged for children under the age of five. Junagadh: A 2.3 km long Ropeway at Girnar, which is expected to become operational from next month will have the capacity to carry 800 people in one hour, or 8,000 in a day. Gandhinagar: Tourism Corporation of Gujarat Ltd (TCGL) today in a note said, it is planning to set up alternate employment facility for Doliwalas at Girnar at a approximate cost of Rs 1 crore which includes setting up of 104 shops and other basic facilities. Junagadh: 406 youths from across the country, participated in Girnar ascending - descending competition today. Of them 205 completed it in prescribed time limit. Bhumika Bhut, Lalabhai Parmar, Lalit Nishad, Tamsi Singh emerged winners.
