Gandhinagar: In his budget speech, Gujarat finance minister Kanubhai Desai announced a budgetary outlay of Rs 3.01 lakh crore for fiscal 2023-24 in Gandhinagar. All departments except one saw an increase in budgetary allocation, with an overall rise of 23.38 per cent compared to the previous year's budget.
