New Delhi: The Supreme Court has dismissed a plea of former IPS officer Kuldeep Sharma seeking termination of a departmental probe initiated against him. Instead the apex court has directed the state government to complete the departmental inquiry against Kuldeep Sharma at the earliest and to allow him the opportunity to raise his objections to the findings before a concerned committee.
