No entry for two-wheelers on flyovers in Surat on January 14 and 15

Surat: Due to the kite flying festival on 14th and 15th January, entry of two-wheelers will be prohibited on all flyovers. However, two-wheelers with safety guards attached to the front will be permitted to access the flyovers. The entry of two-wheelers on river bridges will be allowed. Surat: In yet another incident related to the kite string (Manja), a 22-year-old woman, Dikshita Thummar, died in the city.
