Amul declares pay hike of Rs. 20 for milk producers

Kheda: Amul dairy has declared a pay hike of Rs 20 per kg fat in buffalo milk for the milk producers. With this fresh pay hike, milk producers will get Rs. 780 per kg fat instead of Rs. 760. The pay hike will be in force from 1st November. It will benefit over 7 lakh milk producers of Kheda, Anand and Mahisagar districts. Anand: Gujarat Cooperative Milk Marketing Federation Ltd (GCMMF) the parent company of the Milk brand AMUL has increased the price of its milk nationwide except in Gujarat. Gandhinagar: Amul has implemented a pay hike of Rs 20 per kg of milk for the milk producers. The milk producers will now get Rs 760 instead of Rs 740, due to the pay hike of Rs 20 per kg of fat.
