Gandhinagar: Gujarat Chief Minister Rupani today in the State assembly announced Rs. 3700 crore package for around 27 lakh farmers who are hit by excess rains in the month of August of current monsoon season. Gandhinagar: Thanks to rich inflow of over 56,000 cusec water from neighboring Madhya Pradesh, Sardar Sarovar Narmada dam in Gujarat is now 95.65 per cent full of its total capacity. Kevadiya: Level of water at Sardar Sarovar Narmada dam today crossed 135 meter mark. Full reservoir level in this dam is 138.68 meter. About one month of ongoing monsoon season is still left this year. Interestingly, even last year, 135 meter level was achieved on 2nd September, while full level was achieved on 15 September.
