Surat: RTO office here has given ultimatum to PUC (Pollution Under Control) centres across the city to upload the data of issuance of certificate online or face cancellation of license to operate. Surat city has total 137 PUC centres that issue PUC certificates after checking the the vehicles. PUC certificate is valid for 6 months period.
